I am a licensed massage therapist and bodywork practitioner specializing in holistic, therapeutic care. My journey into bodywork began with Reiki Master and Teacher training at School of Body Therapies, where I developed a deep appreciation for energetic and integrative healing. Building on that foundation, I completed the 600-hour Massage Therapy Program at Montgomery County Community College. I have a passion for learning, and I’m committed to ongoing education and continually expanding my skills.

My services include a variety of methods that focus on soothing the nervous system and promoting your body’s natural ability to heal in order to achieve results.
